Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers regarding vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal products, and wellness solutions
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate over the counter health and wellness products based on their needs
- Educate customers on the proper use, benefits, and precautions of supplements and herbal remedies
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new supplements and wellness trends
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when required to support patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Previous experience in dietary supplements, herbal products, and patient counseling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of vitamins, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, and wellness products
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide personalized customer support
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a Must
