A confidential client is hiring a Pharmacist / Skincare R&D & Content Specialist for its growing team.
The role combines technical skincare knowledge, product and ingredient research, educational content creation, and on-camera presentation.
Responsibilities
- Research skincare products, cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and their functions.
- Evaluate ingredient properties, benefits, applications, and suitability for skincare products.
- Translate technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging educational content.
- Create and present skincare and formulation videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Develop scripts and talking points that are clear and camera-friendly.
- Work with creative and content teams on concepts, planning, brainstorming, and development.
- Support product and formulation research, including new ingredients, trends, and industry developments.
- Keep skincare and ingredient information accurate, responsible, and accessible to the audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients, and formulations.
- Genuine interest in skincare and the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort and confidence appearing on camera.
- Ability to explain technical or scientific information simply and engagingly.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Arabic-speaking ability is preferred.
- Relevant experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, R&D, formulation, education, or content creation is advantageous.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is primarily based at the client's Abu Dhabi office or studio.
- The position includes one remote working day per week.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as AED 6,000–AED 7,000 per month, with salary stated up to AED 7,000 per month.
