Role Overview
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager and in close partnership with pharmacy and clinic staff, the Staff Pharmacist supports the delivery of a fully compliant, patient-centered retail pharmacy service.
This role contributes directly to improving patient wellness, chronic disease management, and medication access through high-quality pharmaceutical care and excellent customer service.
The Staff Pharmacist demonstrates behaviors consistent with professional standards of practice and aligns with the mission, values, and goals of JPCHC.
