REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.

Qualifications
- EDUCATION: Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
- LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current New Jersey State license as a Registered Pharmacist required. ACLS Preferred, CPR Preferred for Hospital Pharmacist.
- EXPERIENCE: Two years experience preferred. Two years hospital experience preferred for Hospital Pharmacist . Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of work processes. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be assessed and evaluated for this position within 90 days from date of hire.
