Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately in compliance with DHA regulations and company policies
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications
- Provide patients with proper medication counseling, usage instructions, and health advice
- Maintain proper records of controlled drugs and pharmacy inventory
- Ensure availability of medicines and coordinate stock management and expiry monitoring
- Handle insurance claims and billing processes efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards within the pharmacy
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams when required
- Ensure compliance with all UAE healthcare regulations, pharmacy standards, and safety procedures
- Support branch operations and assist in achieving sales and customer service targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License
- Minimum 1 3 years of pharmacy experience
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and UAE healthcare regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and insurance processing

Pay
- AED 3,500 AED 6,000 per month
