Responsibilities
- Clear all import permits and shipments requiring MOH approval
- Identify products requiring classification and registration with MOH
- Maintain organized documentation for regulatory and import activities
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on import permits, product classification, and registration
- Oversee inspection processes and ensure successful clearance
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in the warehouse
- Lead the implementation of ISO 13485 standards for quality management systems
- Monitor expiration dates of product registrations and permits, ensuring timely renewals
Requirements
- MOH license to practice in UAE
- Currently in UAE
- Experience in regulatory affairs and import permits
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards

Key Responsibilities
- Clear all import permits and shipments requiring MOH approval
- Identify products requiring classification and registration with MOH
- Maintain organized documentation for regulatory and import activities
- Address and resolve all regulatory issues promptly
- Prepare and submit weekly reports every Thursday
- Oversee inspection processes and ensure successful clearance
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in the warehouse
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations
- Monitor storage conditions to maintain product integrity
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams
- Monitor expiration dates of product registrations and permits
- Lead the implementation of ISO 13485 standards
Qualifications
- Candidates with MOH license and currently in UAE only need to apply
