Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic **Pharmaceutical Sales Manager** to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage a team of sales representatives.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to maximize performance.
  • **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
  • **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • **Performance Reporting**: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of **pharmaceutical products** and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-performing teams.
