Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Pharmaceutical Marketing Director** to lead our marketing strategy and initiatives in Qatar.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of leadership in marketing and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from introduction to maturity.
- Oversee market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and R&D.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatari pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
