Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or market research within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
- Fluent command of Arabic and English (written and oral)
- Bachelor’s degree – marketing, science, or data focus preferred
- Availability of 1 3 days per week when working on a project
- Flexibility to travel within the country
- Strong attention to detail and excellent listener
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel

Job Purpose
- We are looking for a Field Specialist to join our team. This role will shadow pharmaceutical representatives for the day and prepare a report based on observations made while working with the representative as they interact with their customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Contacting sales representatives to arrange a shadowing day in the field
- Observing interactions between sales representatives and customers without disrupting their day (primarily face to face)
- Conducting a 60–90 minute interview with the sales representative during the field day
- Submitting structured reports (workbooks), translated into English, after each day in the field based on observations made within 24 48 hours of field visit
- Attending a 30 60 min online session prior to each project to understand the project objectives and share feedback
- Participate in project debrief calls and potentially provide feedback to assist in the development of final recommendations
Person Specification
- Experience in sales, marketing or market research within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
- Fluent command of Arabic and English (written and oral)
- Bachelor’s degree – marketing, science, or data focus is preferred
- When working on a project, have 1 3 days availability during the week
- Flexibility to work from morning to evening
- Flexibility to travel within the country
- Strong attention to detail and excellent listener
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
