Responsibilities
- Source and procure pharmaceutical products from approved suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost effective outcomes
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Maintain procurement documentation for contracts, orders, and deliveries
- Collaborate with medical teams to identify product requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare supply chain processes
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management systems
- Certifications in supply chain management or healthcare procurement are an advantage
