Responsibilities
- Manage pet relocation cases end to end: quotes, bookings, documentation, and departure day coordination.
- Prepare and process import/export permits (MOCCAE), health certificates, vaccination records, microchip verification, and destination country requirements.
- Book cargo and in cabin pet travel with airlines; coordinate with IATA compliant agents and overseas partners.
- Advise clients on crate sizing, acclimatisation, and pre travel veterinary requirements (rabies titer tests, treatments, timelines).
- Work closely with our veterinary team on pre travel health checks and fit to fly certificates.
- Keep clients informed at every step — clear timelines, transparent quotes, no surprises.
- Maintain accurate case records and build our destination country knowledge base.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pet relocation, freight/cargo coordination, or a related logistics role (pet relocation strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of MOCCAE import/export procedures and international pet travel requirements
- Familiarity with IATA Live Animals Regulations and airline pet policies
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Meticulous with documents and deadlines
- Genuine love for animals and calm, confident handling of dogs and cats

The Role
- As our Pet Relocation Agent, you'll own each relocation case from first enquiry to safe arrival.
- You'll be the single point of contact for pet parents during one of the most stressful moments of their lives — and your job is to make it feel effortless.
What You'll Do
- Manage pet relocation cases end to end: quotes, bookings, documentation, and departure day coordination

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in pet relocation, freight/cargo coordination, or a related logistics role (pet relocation strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of MOCCAE import/export procedures and international pet travel requirements (EU, UK, US, Australia a plus)
- Familiarity with IATA Live Animals Regulations and airline pet policies
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) — you'll be reassuring anxious pet parents daily
- Meticulous with documents and deadlines — one missed date can derail a relocation
- Genuine love for animals and calm, confident handling of dogs and cats
- UAE driving licence is a plus
