Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pest Control Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid ADQCC Certificate and have at least 4 years of hands-on experience performing pest control services in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine pest control operations in compliance with ADQCC and municipality standards.
- Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Apply pesticides safely and effectively according to the label and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service reports, treatment details, and chemical usage logs.
- Communicate with clients professionally to explain procedures and provide preventive advice.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- Valid ADQCC Pest Control Technician Certificate (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pest control, preferably in food establishments, schools, and healthcare environments.
- Good knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices.
- Physically fit and able to work independently or in a team also able to handle night shifts.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English.
