Al Hind Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician for on-site work in Sharjah. The role involves inspecting sites, applying treatments, setting traps, completing service reports, and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities
- Inspect client sites to identify pest activity, sources of infestation, and potential risk areas
- Apply approved pesticides and treatments, set traps and monitoring devices
- Complete service reports, maintain accurate records, and explain treatment plans to customers
- Follow company protocols, maintain tools and vehicles, and coordinate with operations team
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of pest identification, infestation assessment, and safe application of pest control treatments
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to pest control operations
- Ability to read and follow service orders, complete clear service reports, and communicate professionally
- Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift/handle equipment
- Valid UAE driving license or ability to travel to different client sites
- Previous experience in pest control, facilities services, or related field is an advantage
- Relevant pest control certifications or willingness to complete company supported training

Role Description
- Inspect client sites to identify pest activity, sources of infestation, and potential risk areas.
- Apply approved pesticides and treatments, set traps and monitoring devices, and use appropriate equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete service reports, maintain accurate records, and clearly explain treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow up recommendations to customers.
- Follow company protocols, maintain tools and vehicles in good condition, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of pest identification, infestation assessment, and safe application of pest control treatments.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to pest control operations.
- Ability to read and follow service orders, complete clear service reports, and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Physical ability to work in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces) and to lift, carry, and handle equipment as required.
- Valid UAE driving license or ability to travel to different client sites as needed.
- Previous experience in pest control, facilities services, or a related technical field is an advantage.
- Relevant pest control certifications or willingness to complete company supported training and obtain required licenses.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following company guidelines and schedules.
