Responsibilities
- Conduct pest inspections and develop customized treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products according to company policies and regulations.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment, supplies, and personnel.
- Maintain records of service visits, treatments, and materials used.
- Communicate with clients and provide pest-prevention recommendations.
- Follow safety protocols and collaborate with team members to deliver customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous pest control or related experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation
