Operational & Technical Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pest control operations across assigned sites in coordination with Operations Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues, treatment needs, and compliance gaps.
- Ensure correct application of pesticides, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and implement pest management plans (IPM) for each site.
- Verify that all treatments follow Dubai Municipality and relevant regulatory standards.
- Monitor chemical stock levels and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex pest issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, schedule, and manage pest control technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct on‑site training for new staff on equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Evaluate technician performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Support team discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
Client Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with clients to schedule services, resolve complaints, and provide updates.
- Conduct joint inspections with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and monthly performance summaries.
- Recommend preventive measures and long‑term pest management solutions to clients.
Compliance, Safety & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemicals used, and technician activities.
- Ensure all staff follow PPE requirements and HSE guidelines.
- Report incidents, unsafe practices, or equipment failures immediately.
- Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are valid and up to date.
- Prepare monthly reports and submit to clients as per schedule.
Administrative & Support Functions
- Assist in manpower planning and deployment across projects.
- Support procurement of chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in audits, quality checks, and internal inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of PPM schedules and emergency service requests.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
