Job Description
ServiceCo is seeking an experienced **Pest Control Supervisor** to lead and manage pest control operations across residential, commercial, and food-related facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pest control operations and field technicians
- Conduct inspections, identify infestations, and recommend treatment plans
- Ensure correct application of pesticides and IPM practices
- Monitor service quality, safety, hygiene, and PPE compliance
- Prepare service reports, inspection records, and client feedback
- Coordinate with clients regarding findings, sanitation, and proofing
- Train and guide technicians to maintain service standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Minimum 5–7 years of experience** in the pest control field
- Proven experience in a **supervisory or leadership role**
- Strong knowledge of **HACCP, IPM, and Municipality regulations**
- **Valid Qatar Manual Driving License – Mandatory**
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to manage teams, schedules, and client expectations
- **Preferred - Related Degree** (Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or similar)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food establishments, hotels, and commercial facilities
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
