Supervise pest control technicians and field staff across client service locations.
Coordinate pest control operations while maintaining regulatory, safety, documentation, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.
- Inspect client sites, identify infestations, and determine treatment plans.
- Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
- Address customer concerns and maintain client satisfaction.
- Enforce workplace health and safety standards.
Job Competencies
- Experience in pest control operations and integrated pest management.
- Valid pest control or operator license as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- At least 2–3 years of pest control operations experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Training in chemical handling and safety, such as pesticide application certification.
- First Aid and HSE certification preferred.
