Pest Control Operation Executive

The Pest Control Operation Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day pest control operations, ensuring service quality, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supervising operational teams.

This role combines field operations management, client relationship handling, and administrative responsibilities such as service renewals and payment follow-ups.

Supervise and coordinate a team of 6 field technicians or pest control staff.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and support to team members.

Ensure that pest control services are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to standard operating procedures.

Address escalated client issues or complaints promptly to maintain service quality.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular follow-ups for service feedback and improvements.

Handle service agreement renewals by coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Prepare, review, and update contracts as per company policies.

Track pending invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

Maintain operational reports including service schedules, team performance, and client feedback.

Generate periodic reports for management review on service performance, renewals, and revenue collection.

Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic checks to ensure proper usage of pest control chemicals and equipment.
