Job Summary
The Pest Control Engineer is responsible for providing pest management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
The role includes inspection, treatment application, monitoring pest activity, and maintaining service records to ensure a hygienic and pest-free environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings and surrounding areas to identify pest infestations.
- Determine appropriate treatment methods and pest control solutions.
- Apply pesticides, chemicals, traps, and other pest control measures safely and effectively.
- Conduct preventive pest control treatments and follow-up visits.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and treatment records.
- Advise clients on sanitation, preventive measures, and pest management practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle pest control equipment and chemicals properly.
- Respond to emergency pest control service requests when required.
- Monitor effectiveness of treatments and recommend corrective actions if needed.
- Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in pest control services or facility management is an advantage. (Maximum 4 to 5 years experience)
- Knowledge of pest control chemicals and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate pest control equipment and tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
