Pest Control Engineer

Job Description

• Managing the day-to-day requirements of the pest control operations in setting up and conducting training to pest control technicians scientifically and practically.
• Responsible for supervising team for pest control treatments.
• Report preparation for the treatment completion to the respective clients.
• To inspect client premises and advising on possible treatment options to enhance.
• Must be computer literate for quotation and estimate purposes for contracts and tenders.
• Should be always preparable at any time to resource planning and allocations on new projects.
• Identify skilled technicians to recruit whenever required for projects.
• Preparing monthly invoicing details submitted to accounts.
• Preparing the monthly business report to GM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years or above with UAE experience in Pest control management.
• Expertise in site evaluations & costing for the project.
• Required Skilled in business sales and develop own targets to achieve.
• Ability to grow business in Emirates within said targets.
• Ability to drive multiple teams and scheduling as per client.
• Be self-driven to fulfill forecasts and targets.
• Must have experience in Public Health Pest Control Services with Good Communication Skills.

Requirements

• Agriculture Engineering Degree (preferrable) or any equivalent degree.
• Municipality License – responsible for obtaining.
• Driving License – UAE is must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (computer literate).
• Ability to be organized, proactive, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Develop business within the division as well as train and enhance services as and when required.

• Pest Control Management: 5 years (Preferred)
