The company is seeking an experienced and licensed Pest Control and Cleaning Supervisor.
The role oversees daily soft services, cleaning operations, and pest control treatments across commercial and residential sites.
The supervisor manages teams, client communication, and health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily cleaning and pest management services across client sites.
- Ensure pest control procedures, chemical handling, and safety measures comply with Dubai Municipality guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections, assess pest infestations, and recommend treatment plans.
- Monitor cleaning staff and pest control technicians to ensure high service standards and task execution.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and specialized equipment.
- Enforce proper safety protocols.
- Handle client inquiries, site audits, and customer complaints.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Train junior staff on safe chemical usage, pest control equipment, and deep-cleaning techniques.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor Card is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in both pest control and cleaning services within the UAE.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- A high school diploma or a diploma or degree in agriculture, chemistry, environmental science, or a related field is required.
- Strong team leadership, client management, site inspection, and pest management chemical knowledge are required.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic fluency is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.

- The work location is on the road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
