Role Description
Provide high-quality language support to an individual, executive, or professional across written and spoken communication.
Facilitate clear, accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate communication between languages.
Support professional and personal communication including meetings, calls, presentations, correspondence, documents, reports, and messages.
Core Responsibilities
- Interpret meetings, discussions, appointments, conferences, and virtual conversations in real time.
- Translate emails, letters, reports, presentations, contracts, schedules, messages, and business documents.
- Preserve the original meaning, context, tone, intent, and cultural appropriateness of communications.
- Prepare and review communication materials before they are shared with internal or external stakeholders.
- Research terminology, industry vocabulary, cultural references, and the context of upcoming communications.
- Assist with scheduling, external communication, language clarification, and communication coordination when required.
- Handle sensitive personal, business, financial, and operational information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Adapt to changing conversations, speakers, communication styles, and unexpected situations while remaining professional.
