Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized workout programs

- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safe training practices, and basic nutrition principles
- Help maintain a clean and safe training area
- Collaborate with other staff and support member engagement and retention efforts
Requirements
- Recognized certification in personal training or fitness instruction (e.g., accredited international or local credential)
- Previous experience working in a gym, fitness studio, or sports environment, preferably with diverse client populations

- Basic understanding of exercise physiology, injury prevention, and safe training practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed by gym operations

Role Description
- The Personal Trainer is a full time, on site role based at Activ Gym in Riyadh.
- Designing and delivering individualized workout programs, conducting one on one sessions, and leading small group or circuit training classes.
- Assess client fitness levels, set realistic goals, track progress, and provide feedback and motivation throughout each client’s fitness journey.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safe training practices, and basic nutrition principles to support healthy lifestyles.
- Help maintain a clean and safe training area, collaborate with other staff, and support member engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills, including program design and safe exercise technique.
- Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to lead effective group sessions and sport specific conditioning.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that complements training plans.
