Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members
- Design customized workout programs based on clients' fitness goals
- Deliver one on one and small group personal training sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed
- Educate members on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Promote personal training services and achieve monthly PT sales targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and satisfaction
- Support gym events, challenges, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Level 3 PT, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and nutrition basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales oriented mindset with ability to promote personal training services
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus

Job Summary
- XFit Gym UAE is looking for passionate, energetic, and certified Male and Female Personal Trainers to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs, motivating members, and ensuring a safe and effective training environment.
Key Responsibilities
