- Conduct fitness assessments and identify clients' goals and needs
- Develop customized exercise and training programs
- Demonstrate and supervise proper exercise techniques to ensure safety
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans as needed
- Motivate and encourage clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Provide guidance on nutrition and wellness when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Ensure the gym and equipment are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and training techniques
Requirements
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
