- Help develop the client's care plan
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Aide with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping duties
- Offer respite care to families, allowing them a much-needed break
- Monitor and maintain a safe home environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Personal Support Worker or Developmental Services Worker certification
- Nursing students who have completed first year of RPN or BScN or internationally educated nurses are eligible to apply
- Must have a current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate, if applicable to the work being performed
- Must enjoy driving, have a personal vehicle and possess both a current driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
