Aquaholic Creatives And Marketing LLC is seeking a Personal Secretary with HR experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The role includes HR functions, calendar management, correspondence, and procurement support.

Responsibilities
- Assist with basic HR functions, including employee documentation, onboarding, leave records, attendance monitoring, and maintaining personnel files
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office
- Handle client communications professionally and provide excellent client service
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and clients
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Full Time) in Business Administration or a related field
- 5–6 years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in basic HR administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Background or working knowledge in procurement or supply chain is preferred
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
