Job Overview
Support the General Manager as a reliable and organized Personal Public Relations Officer.
Handle personal government documentation, official transactions, and day-to-day requirements with Qatar authorities.
The role requires knowledge of Qatar government procedures, confidentiality, strong communication, and independent task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle personal government documents, applications, renewals, and official transactions.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Interior, immigration, labor departments, and other relevant offices.
- Process QID, residency, visa, driving license, vehicle, and other official document requirements.
- Visit government offices and service centers to complete transactions and follow up on applications.
- Maintain records and update the General Manager on ongoing applications and transactions.
- Handle confidential information, vehicle procedures, and transportation support when required.
- Complete other personal and official assignments from the General Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal PRO, PRO, Government Relations Officer, or similar role in Qatar.
