Role Overview
The employer is expanding its sales team and hiring a relationship officer to promote personal loans in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports banking product sales, target achievement, cross-selling, and incentive earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Dubai Islamic Bank personal loan products in Abu Dhabi.
- Sell loan and credit card products.
- Cross-sell Emirates NBD products to improve target achievement and incentives.
- Meet sales targets and close customer opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- University graduation is mandatory.
- At least one year of banking sales experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Experience in loans or retail banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and closing skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Candidates must currently be based in Abu Dhabi.
Training and Compliance
- Comprehensive training in products, policies, and compliance protocols will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary is AED 4,000–8,000 per month, based on experience.
- A competitive incentives scheme is provided.
- Employment visa, medical insurance, and annual paid leave are provided according to MoHRE rules.
Schedule
- The role is full-time and permanent.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
