Role Overview
Provide secure and timely transportation for the chairman and possibly family members or business associates.
Combine professional driving, personal assistance, vehicle care, and confidential support for the chairman's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, inside and out.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when supporting the chairman and passengers.
- Familiarize yourself with routes and locations to ensure timely arrival at appointments, meetings, and events.
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle and coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs with service providers.
- Run errands, pick up dry cleaning, make deliveries, and assist with other personal tasks.
- Ensure the safety and security of the chairman and passengers during transit.
- Handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Communicate schedules, changes, and requirements with the chairman and office staff.
- Report vehicle issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred, particularly in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Excellent knowledge of driving rules and regulations is required.
