Role Overview
TD Canada Trust seeks a Personal Banking Associate to support customers with banking needs, service transactions, digital education, and referrals.
The role works in a branch environment and helps customers access appropriate banking solutions and staff support.
Work Location
- The work location is Woodstock, Ontario, Canada.
- The role is based in a TD Canada Trust branch office environment.
- The position is full-time with listed hours of 37.5.
Customer Service and Advice
- Engage customers on day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and banking problem resolution.
- Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
- Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions.
- Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters to management.
Operations and Compliance
- Recommend improvements to branch operations, work practices, and processes.
- Complete business processes and procedures accurately and on time.
