Role Description
- Manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and prepare briefing materials and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, maintain confidential records, and ensure effective communication between the Chairman and stakeholders.
- Support the Chairman with follow up on strategic initiatives, track action items, and provide administrative support for events, visits, and high level engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai.
