Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle email management, including organizing, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence
- Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Perform minor bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and maintaining basic financial records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day to day administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle email management, including organizing, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence when appropriate.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Perform minor bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and maintaining basic financial records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Pay
- AED 1.00 AED 3,000.00 per month.
