About Social Chameleon

  • Looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support two Directors across both professional and personal affairs.
  • This is a highly trusted role for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion and making life run seamlessly behind the scenes.

About the Directors

  • First Director is a Forbes 30 Under 30 agency owner and founder of Social Chameleon, with a SaaS business launching in 2026.
  • Second Director is a senior legal professional who also serves as a Director of Social Chameleon.
  • Directors are building a growing property portfolio; support includes booking viewings and overseeing renovation logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and ever changing diaries across two Directors
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and scheduling priorities
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries and logistics
  • Assist with inbox management and drafting correspondence
  • Prepare agendas, notes and action follow ups as required
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison across internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage personal appointments and scheduling
  • Coordinate household and lifestyle administration
  • Handle errands and personal logistics, including dry cleaning, deliveries and returns
  • Coordinate property viewings, appointments and renovation logistics across the portfolio

About You

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, office coordinator or similar support role
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and naturally solutions oriented
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts calmly and efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy
  • Comfortable supporting both professional and personal matters
  • Tech savvy and confident using digital tools and calendars
  • Happy operating in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
