KSI for Construction Engineering Services seeks a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in business and personal matters, including calendar management, travel coordination, office administration, and confidential tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications as required
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle personal errands and assignments on behalf of the Director
- Book flights, hotels, restaurants, appointments, and other reservations
- Conduct online research and obtain quotations for products and services
- Manage day to day office administrative operations
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchasing of stationery and office equipment
- Organize and maintain company records, filing systems, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role preferred
- UAE driving licence is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
