Job Overview

  • KSI for Construction Engineering Services L.L.C. is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director.
  • Location: Dubai, UAE.
  • Role includes executive support, personal assistance, and office administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications as required.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle personal errands and assignments on behalf of the Director.
  • Purchase, collect, deliver, or dispatch items as instructed.
  • Book flights, hotels, restaurants, appointments, and other reservations.
  • Conduct online research and obtain quotations for products and services.
  • Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and personal logistics.
  • Assist with confidential personal and family related administrative matters when required.
  • Manage day to day office administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role is preferred.
