Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact and gatekeeper for external parties; manage and filter inbound requests, scheduling, and access to the GP/CIO
- Own and protect the calendar — coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, resolve conflicts, and keep the day running on time
- Organize, track, and help manage multiple project pipelines simultaneously, and help stand up new ones
- Attend select meetings to take notes, capture action items, and follow up to completion
- Produce and polish professional materials — decks, documents, one pagers, and other branded collateral — with a strong eye for design
- Handle day to day administrative operations, travel, correspondence, and personal logistics
- Support light financial and research tasks: organizing data, preparing summaries, and assisting with prep work behind investment and business decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years in an EA, chief of staff lite, or senior administrative role, ideally supporting a founder, principal, or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage many parallel priorities under shifting demands
- Strong design sensibility and hands on proficiency with presentation/design tools (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva, or Adobe)
- General fluency with finance concepts and comfort around investment, deal, and reporting workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished, professional, and discreet with sensitive information
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs without being asked
- Based in or able to work in person in the UAE (Dubai)

Overview
- Andoh Capital Management is a small, globally focused multi strategy hedge fund running an agnostic, dynamic book across frontier and developed markets.
- We're hiring an Executive/Personal Assistant to be the operational backbone of the GP/CIO's day — and the gatekeeper through whom most external parties reach him.
- This is a high trust, high autonomy role for someone who is exceptionally organized, discreet, and comfortable spanning administrative, design, and light financial work in a fast paced investment environment.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for external parties; manage and filter inbound requests, scheduling, and access to the GP/CIO.
- Own and protect the calendar — coordinate meetings across multiple time zones (UAE, North America, Africa, Europe), resolve conflicts, and keep the day running on time.
- Organize, track, and help manage multiple project pipelines simultaneously, and help stand up new ones; keep workstreams moving and nothing falling through the cracks.
- Attend select meetings to take notes, capture action items, and follow up to completion.
- Produce and polish professional materials — decks, documents, one pagers, and other branded collateral — with a strong eye for design.
