- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Assist the CEO with business and operational requirements as assigned
- Accompany the CEO on business meetings and official travel when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
- Valid passport with the ability to travel when required
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Hindi speakers preferred

Job Overview

Important Note
- This role requires long working hours and a flexible schedule based on business requirements.
- The selected candidate must be available to support the CEO whenever required, including outside regular office hours.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
- Visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
