Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant to the CEO

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • We are seeking a HIGHLY organized, proactive and detail oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a private principal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Make restaurant, hotel and event reservations.
  • Prepare daily schedules, reminders and travel documents.
  • Handle emails, correspondence and telephone communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Liaise with hotels, concierge teams, service providers and business contacts.
  • Coordinate personal and business related appointments and follow up on pending matters.
  • Monitor important deadlines, renewals and payments.
  • Organize confidential documents, records and files.
  • Assist with event planning, gift sourcing and special requests.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required.
  • Coordinate with household staff, drivers and external vendors to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google / AI Workspace.
  • Experience managing complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high net worth individuals or senior executives.
  • Knowledge of luxury travel, hospitality and concierge services.
