Role Overview

  • The assistant will have good knowledge of English language, MS office, key software, hardware for office use, organize daily schedules, meetings, highlight critical tasks, track incoming payment due dates, timely billing/invoicing, list monthly payout amounts and ensure payments before the due dates

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize daily schedules and meetings
  • Highlight critical tasks
  • Track incoming payment due dates
  • Timely billing/invoicing
  • List monthly payout amounts and ensure payments before due dates including WPS
  • Help MD handle business efficiently
  • Arrange itinerary and prepare briefs ahead of meetings
  • Take notes and key points from meetings
  • Review social media comments about the company and brief MD daily

Compensation
