Job Overview

  • We are looking for a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team in a fast paced interior fit out company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in construction, interior fit out, or contracting companies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office, emails, reports, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Able to manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow ups.
  • Strong personality, professional appearance, and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare emails, letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • Handle confidential matters with full discretion.
