- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare emails, letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations

- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and meeting logistics
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Handle confidential matters with full discretion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Previous experience in construction, interior fit out, or contracting companies preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
