We have a unique role available that blends executive support, office operations and client engagement.

You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our people, clients and visitors.

• Executive support and business coordination , including calendar management, travel, meetings and key projects.
• Coordination of the Corporate Services function , supporting administrative teams across Perth and Darwin and driving operational excellence.
• Office and facilities management , ensuring our workplace is efficient, professional and welcoming.
• Client engagement and events , delivering networking events, client experiences and business development initiatives.
• People and recruitment coordination , supporting onboarding, offboarding and recruitment activities across the WA and NT region.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in Executive Assistant, Operations or Office Management roles.
