Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate personal and business schedules efficiently
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Organize local and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries
- Coordinate with household staff, drivers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Manage family schedules, appointments, school activities, medical appointments, and personal commitments
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with property management, maintenance, and household administration when required
- Handle banking, bill payments, renewals, subscriptions, and documentation as instructed
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, embassies, and other external organizations
- Coordinate events, family gatherings, business meetings, and special occasions
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and important documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is very advantageous
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Job Summary
- We are on the search for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO and his family.
- The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, resourceful, and capable of managing both business and personal responsibilities with the highest level of confidentiality.
