Job Summary

  • We are on the search for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO and his family.
  • The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, resourceful, and capable of managing both business and personal responsibilities with the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (some responsibilities will be shared with his EA).
  • Coordinate personal and business schedules efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Organize local and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with household staff, drivers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Manage family schedules, appointments, school activities, medical appointments, and personal commitments.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with property management, maintenance, and household administration when required.
  • Handle banking, bill payments, renewals, subscriptions, and documentation as instructed.
  • Liaise with government authorities, banks, embassies, and other external organizations.
  • Coordinate events, family gatherings, business meetings, and special occasions.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and important documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is very advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience coordinating travel and managing complex calendars.

Compensation

  • Salary: AED 6,000 per month
