Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative activities efficiently
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Maintain and organize company records and files
- Ensure timely follow up on tasks and communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to management as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes when required
- Support management with day to day operational tasks
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English is mandatory and Hindi is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
