About Us

  • SMApart is a DET licensed holiday homes operator managing a growing portfolio of premium short term rental apartments across Dubai.

Guest Communication & Experience

  • Message guests on Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp before, during, and after their stay.
  • Stay friendly, calm, and professional, especially if a guest is upset or has a complaint.
  • Meet guests in person for check ins and check outs, and verify their IDs.
  • Quickly help guests with requests (like extra towels) or minor apartment issues.

Regulatory & Platform Administration

  • Manage the DTCM / DET government portal for permits and guest registration.
  • Use building management apps to arrange access, deliveries, and move in permits.

Unit Setup & Logistics

  • Meet delivery drivers for new furniture or appliances and check for damage.
  • Get new apartments ready by setting up inventory, taking photos, and checking for defects.
  • Buy and restock daily supplies for the apartments.
  • Check apartments after cleaning to make sure they are perfect before the next guest arrives.
  • Let maintenance workers in and supervise their work.
  • Manage apartment keys and smart locks.
  • Run local errands, like delivering documents or visiting government offices.

Field Operations

  • Coordinate with cleaning teams and verify unit readiness before arrivals through spot inspections and photo reports.
  • Arrange maintenance access and supervise contractors on site.
  • Manage keys and access — smart locks and building access cards.
  • Run ad hoc errands: document handovers, bank and government office visits.

Requirements

  • Driving: You must have a valid UAE driver’s license. Having your own car is strongly preferred (we pay for your gas and Salik).
  • Language: Excellent spoken and written English. Speaking Russian or Arabic is a big bonus.
  • Experience: Previous work in holiday homes, short term rentals, or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using messaging apps, booking websites, and property software (we will teach you how to use our system, Hostaway).
  • Work Style: Organized, on time, and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work some evenings and weekends for check ins or emergencies.
  • Attitude: Friendly, presentable, and trustworthy.
