Personal Assistant
We are a London-based investment company operating across property, healthcare, and tech/media.
We are seeking an intelligent and reliable Personal Assistant to support the director and manage multiple apartments in Downtown Dubai.
About The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio; coordinating with tenants, contractors, and building management to maintain high standards.
You will also act as the director’s right hand in Dubai, assisting with admin, scheduling, operational tasks, and wider business development activities.
Ideal Candidate
Proactive, practical, strong character, and good problem-solver.
Comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, building management, and basic online tools/marketing.
Must be adaptable and business-minded.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the property portfolio
- Coordinate contractors, bookings, and maintenance
- Support acquisitions, development, and marketing
- Assist the director with admin, operations, and growth tasks
