Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Coordinate and book various appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses
- Liaise with suppliers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Undertake additional assignments and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role for more than 2 years
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
