About the Role
MEFCO Interiors LLC is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant / Business Development Coordinator to support the Business Development Director in client communications, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
- Maintain and update client databases and lead records
- Track inquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow up activities
- Prepare meeting reminders and follow up reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client requirements
- Draft professional correspondence and business documents
- Assist in business development and relationship management activities
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional telephone and client communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, interior fit out, construction, or real estate is an advantage but not required
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be legally eligible to work in the UAE
