Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Dubai.
Responsibilities include providing administrative and organizational support to executives, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing clerical tasks.
The role also requires managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support executive decisions effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
- Well-developed Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with executive-level support
