About the Role

Responsibilities
- Initiate, process, and manage the end to end Permit to Work (PTW) lifecycle for all on site civil and structural activities
- Conduct thorough Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and risk assessments prior to opening permits, ensuring all hazards are identified and mitigated in accordance with Oryx GTL protocols
- Act as the primary on site civil supervisor, enforcing strict adherence to safety regulations, approved drawings, and the conditions specified within the PTW
- Liaise daily with HSE departments, site engineers, and client representatives to secure required clearances and prevent operational downtime
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) to brief civil crews on specific permit conditions, site hazards, and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Must hold an Oryx GTL PTW2 Card
- Minimum of 5+ years of GCC experience in a supervisory or PTW capacity, preferably within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical environments
- Must be available to attend a mandatory face to face interview
- Candidates should be present in Qatar with a valid QID
- Available to join immediately

Job Overview
