As the Bioresources Permit Control Officer, you’ll oversee the complete lifecycle of the permit-to-work (PTW) process for high-risk activities, such as; hot work, confined space entry, and electrical isolations. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with site teams and contractors to ensure all work is authorised, coordinated, and executed to the highest health and safety standards.

Demonstrable experience working within a Permit To Work system and on operational or high-hazard sites.
A strong understanding of health & safety and process safety regulations.
Proven ability to assess risks and make sound operational decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and drive improvement.
A passion for teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality results.
Health & safety qualification (minimum IOSH level).
